Ultra 300W LED High Mast Lights for Mobile Light Towers in Canada

Project Overview

A Canadian customer recently tested our Ultra 300W LED High Mast Lights on mobile lighting towers for a large outdoor commercial lighting project. 

After the successful field test, the customer confirmed strong interest in a bulk order of approximately 600–700 fixtures.

The lights were installed on mobile tower systems with 26 fixtures per tower, reaching an installation height of approximately 64–82 ft. 

The project required powerful, reliable, and wide-area illumination for outdoor industrial yards, equipment storage zones, and commercial working areas at night.

Our Solution

We supplied the Ultra 300W LED High Mast Light with a high luminous efficiency of 190 lm/W and a focused 60° beam angle, making it ideal for high-mount mobile tower applications.

With 26 lights installed on each tower, the system provides powerful and concentrated illumination while maintaining good light coverage across the working area. 

The 5700K color temperature helps improve visibility, making the site safer and easier to operate at night.

The built-in 20KV surge protection device also improves reliability in harsh outdoor environments, helping protect the lighting system from voltage surges and unstable power conditions.
